Peski - The site compromises of about 235 hectares which lies just to the south west of St Petersburg within easy reach of Pulkovo Airport and the Ring Road. Proposals are being formulated for a low density, low rise development of individual houses, town houses and apartments with some commercial space to provide a unique living and working environment known as Royal Garden City.

This scheme will set new standards for out of town residential development in St Petersburg. Advanced discussions are underway for joint venture agreements with the site`s owners and major banks for a projected start in 2013 phased over a 5/10 year period.
